my 20gb model just red ringed but with the extra warranty i paid for at
GAME (retail store) have given me a new 60Gb model. This is cool but i need all my data from the 20GB model to go on the 60 now. What is the easiest way to do this?

A memory card is the easiest. There’s a data transfer cable you can buy, but it’s a pain to transfer everything that way. Just move it over with a memory card.

I am not sure about how to do it, but I believe has something concerning this. I plan (when I get back my 2nd 360 from a RROD) to upgrade my hard drive & happened to see this on their site. Check there.
