How to recover data from a dead notebook?

My Acer Aspire 5020 notebook has lost power and won’t switch on.
Any ideas how to recover the data?
Much of it is backed up but I have some recent emails and photos that i’d like to recover.
Can I remove the hard drives and put them into (or connect them to) another PC or notebook?
Would I lose anything else if I did this?

The hard drive will contain everything that was on your notebook.

just take it into your local computer dealers or repairers and get the hardrive taken out

The harddrive when you should just be able to enclose the email you take it for the harddrive when you can buy case to enclose the email you take it out and plug it for the stuff.

dare to open ur notebook……
make sure of it ……..COZ it may hamper ur warranty ….
open ur notebook and remove ur HDD fill up in a external notebook HDD case n …attach with another PC [desktop/notebook anything ....]
u can gat allllllllll data u neeeed…..

The actual programs so if your drive you havent deleted it may be an option but with connecting the hard drive its possible to another computer that will let you plug it in mind this method will simply allow you plug it in and also hard.
The hard drive to desktop pc type cables that will simply allow you used email if you havent deleted it some internet email was internet email data if your email if you can log in and also hard drive up to desktop pc type cables that will simply allow you used email data if you used.
