What is a good program to recover data from a partially formatted hard drive?

Get data back is the most powerfull recover program for recover your data from formated hard disk. following is the link for download page.

PC Inspector File Recovery. This is the only one software which could recover my files from a formatted drive. Nothing else came close.
Awesome program and it’s free too!
Recover My Files is good too, It allows you to recover files and has preview function too. But it’s not free.
