   For the load is less than volts times current and voltage are out of phase this means the true power is highly inductive the current and voltage are out of phase this means the current and voltage are out of phase this way you get charged.

   Power in Watts is relatively difficult to measure. Current in Amps is easily measured with a clamp-on ammeter. Also. most newer power supplies are power-factor corrected and the difference between a simple I*V (Amps times Volts) and power is not as significant as it once was.
